The Last Day

It's the last day at SFD 2009 I'm so happy and so sad at the same time, happy coz the event is the largest event at all in Alexandria university and really was wonderful, so sad coz it's the last day in the event :(and I won't see the team every day any more :(I will miss that days so much :(.

Today we had a session in python programming language then we had a little conversation with abd elr7man for the feedback, I think the attends are satisfy with the event and have a great time as we wish at the first Thanks God :)

After that we had a meeting in our class abd elrhman began to talk, his speech was really touch :(.

At the end I wrote that post to thank every one in the team I really had a great time with u and really hope to work with u in another events :)

One week after the opening of SFD a wonderful week I had enjoyed every moment in it. And I'm sure the rest days in the event will be great isA.
As I told u before about the opening day we will have a little trip along the event till now let's move out:D:D
In our program we having a day with presentations and a day with stands and demos which we provides any one the answer of his questions and installations.
The second sessions day was talking about security we are pleased to have 2 sessions with Eng Amr Ali the first one was about "Defining computer security and its mentality." it was great session for the beginners and the second one "Going deep into security concepts, secrets and examples" for the professional, the most expression took my attention was" Social Engineering" wow it's great part which the attendees really like it so much.
To day we have a great day with a great speaker Eng Mohamed El-Sayed, a previous senior administrator at Yahoo.
We had 2 presentations the first one was "Openly Secure" it was about the open source operating systems and how to make ur computer secure using it.
The second one was about "Secure Tunnels" it wasn't easy like the first one actually.
And finally thanks for the speakers for their efforts and support. Thanks for all the attendees :)

Finally The First Day

Hi every one,

Finally comes the first day of software freedom day (SFD). It was amazing a lot of people came more than we the organizing team excepted. We had a lot to do.

The team came early and prepares every thing the wonderful thing is that the people were in the college before the time and the number was really awesome.

The stands, demos, registration desks, study group and prizes were preparing for all

The attendees. We began at 11:00 AM the registration desk was very crowded –it's my part in the organization- we began with the sessions of eng Hamdy khalil from eSpace company and eng Ahmed mekawy from EGLUG, they started with introducing the community of the open source and free software.

We expected a lot in the 2 weeks as there will be contests and another prizes for that like flash, CDs, pens and bags.

Who's missed that day u missed a wonderful day, why don't u come and have a great time with us.
